Product Pricing
We make every attempt to ensure that our expansive online catalogue is as accurate and complete as possible. In the event an item is listed with an inaccurate description or incorrect price due to data-entry or system error, we reserve the right to correct any and all errors and cancel any orders placed for the item listed at the incorrect price or with the inaccurate description. Due to pricing fluctuations in the diamond market, our prices are subject to change without notice.
Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return period for a full refund (minus any special requests), as long as you send us a return notice via phone, fax, or e-Mail within 7 days after receiving the item and everything is returned in its original condition with all contents. A diamond purchased through our site is accompanied by its original diamond grading report, and all rings, pendants, and bracelets are shipped in a wood lacquered box. We require that these items are included in your return in the condition you received them or a replacement fee will apply. Your account will be credited once the package has been received and reviewed by our gemologists.
Conditions and securities regarding online credit card payment
• Information given during the ordering process at www.presentcollections.com will be encrypted with SSL (Security Socket Layer) while transmitting to the server. SSL is the international standard and widely used for security purpose.
• When you use online credit card payment, it will switch to the website of VISA & MasterCard representative bank, where your secured credit card information will be verified. None of this information will be kept on our server. However, please note that we may request for additional information regarding your credit card for further verification. In addition, we may cancel your order without providing the reason for such cancellation. In such circumstance, your card will not be credited.
